Indianapolis, Here We Come!
It’s the final trip of the year—or perhaps the first trip of the year, depending on how one chooses to measure it. Just two weeks after returning from New Orleans, the show is hitting the road again, this time heading to Indianapolis. For the remainder of the week, PFT Live will be broadcasting live from the Scouting Combine.

Expect live interviews with coaches, General Managers, and prospects, as well as a host of recorded interviews throughout the show and on PFT and the NFL on NBC YouTube channel. During Monday’s show, I mentioned that there was no way we could match the 47 interviews from Super Bowl week. However, the boss texted to let me know we have 56 interviews lined up!
Changes in the Offseason
In previous years, there was typically a three-week gap between the Super Bowl and the Combine. With the introduction of the 18th game, this has been condensed to just two weeks. Once (or if) another game is added, the offseason schedule is likely to be adjusted to ensure that there’s more than a week between the celebration and the opening of the NFL’s biggest annual gathering for personnel and media.
